The website is owned by Digitalgolf s.r.o. which is the party responsible for collecting the data. 

Personal data we may collect about you 
We can only provide the goods and services ordered by you if you provide us with your personal data. For the purpose of providing these services, we collect personal data about you such as : your name, address, email address, telephone number. 

We will use the information you provide for the purposes described in this privacy policy to which you agreed to at the time your data was obtained. 

Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment. 

We may use your personal information to send you information about our products and services which you have requested from us by signing up to our newsletter. At any stage you can ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving any marketing communications from us by using the unsubscribe-function in newsletter or sending email with this requirement to info@digitagolf.sk . 

Your consent 
You may have given the following consent after placing your order: 

„I would like to "rate my purchase later" and receive a one-off e-mail from Trusted Shops after 3 days reminding me to submit my rating" 

Provided that you have given us your express consent as mentioned above to do so, we will send your e-mail address regarding the request to submit a seller rating for the goods received via the Trusted Shops seller rating system to Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Straße 15c, 50823 Cologne, so that they can send you an e-mail after 3 days reminding you to submit your rating. This consent may be revoked at any time with future effect (e.g. by e-mail to email@domain.co.uk). 

Furthermore your personal data will be used to: 

- administer your account with us; 

- verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online; 

We may also obtain information about your online movements and use of the internet. We do this by placing a 'cookie', which is a small file, on your computer's hard disk.

Security 
We place great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our users. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. - payment details are encrypted using SSL technology.

All we can do is use all our reasonable efforts to safeguard your data and ensure that we maintain a reliable and safe environment to use your data. Your rights 
If you are concerned about your data, you have the right, subject to the payment of a small fee (currently 10eur), to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you.

Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
Following an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is incorporated into this web page in order to display our Trusted Shops trustmark for buyers and the eventually collected reviews, as well as the Trusted Shops product offer. 

In balancing the various interests, this serves to safeguard our legitimate prevailing interests in an optimised marketing of our offer. The trustbadge and the services advertised are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln. 

Whenever a trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of retrieval, the data volume transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the retrieval. This access data will not be evaluated and will be automatically overwritten seven days after your visit to the page. 

Other personal information will only be transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide, after completing an order, to use Trusted Shops products or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
